FAQ
How loud is this system?
This is a professional concert-grade system capable of 135+ dB SPL. It can easily fill venues up to 10,000 square feet and outdoor spaces for 500+ people. We'll tune it appropriately for your venue, with plenty of headroom for any situation.
What if I've never used professional sound equipment?
No worries! We provide on-site instruction during setup. We'll show you how to use the mixer, adjust volume levels, and connect your music sources. We can also provide additional support or tech help if needed.
Can I connect my phone, laptop or DJ equipment?
Absolutely! The mixer accepts multiple input types: XLR, 1/4", RCA, and we include adapters for 3.5mm phone connections. Whether you're playing from Spotify, a DJ controller, or live instruments, we've got you covered.
What's included in setup?
We deliver the system, position speakers optimally for your space, run all cables professionally, conduct a sound check, and show you how to operate everything. At the end of your event, we return to pack everything up.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if the system is available.
Do you offer DJ services too?
Yes! Isa and Zae (Revel n' Rhythm) are available for DJ services. If you want us to handle both the sound system and the music, reach out for a combined package quote.
What about weather and outdoor events?
The ETX system is tour-grade and built tough, but it's not weatherproof. For outdoor events, we require covered setup (tent, overhang, etc.) to protect the equipment from rain and direct sun. We're happy to discuss weather contingency plans.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. We understand life happens, so reach out and we'll work with you.
